01 Installed during winter
Pipe docks
Steel beams drilled into bedrock or screwed down as helical piles, welded into a frame that doesn't move. These stay in the water year-round.

02 Installed on open water
Floating docks
Frames fabricated at the shop, set on flotation and delivered complete. They ride up and down with water levels, and often come with a ramp or ramp lift.

Shore mounts
Bolted into the rock at the water's edge and carried on steel legs that lengthen as the rock drops away, so the deck comes out level.

Welding and fabrication in-house. Floating docks are built from start to finish at our shop, then delivered complete.

Pipe docks are built from the ice — truck out, drill through.
03 · Open water
Getting to island sites
Floating docks are installed on open water. Barges are used to reach water access only sites. No roads needed.
